From the time of being interviewed to when the job began took a long time (10 weeks). The interview process itself wasn't too difficult and felt informal and relaxed which is good as nerves can get the better of you. I knew someone who already worked there and this person put my name forward. The interview itself did not last long, perhaps 1 hour, and then I was left with an HR person to discuss salary and timeframe. My only negative experience was a lack of a response from HR regarding the status of my employment. I got a confirmation of my offer over the phone but didn't receive anything in writing for several weeks and I didn't want to hand in my resignation for my current job at the time. I felt the process was a bit disorganized.
