Simple interview. Fizzbuzz and a few basic logic questions. Scenarios based off STAR method. Told me they were interested at end of interview, said if you don’t hear back it’s a good thing, and asked if I wanted to work in Houston or San Ramon. I was a junior at the time and the recruiter had implied I got the position by asking a good start date, where I wanted to be, and the team I would be on. After all my peers applying for the job were either accepted or rejected within 2 weeks, they had not gotten back to me specifically until 3 months later with a rejection. I later found out my position went to a freshman without a full semester of experience.
