Entrevista
The first process is the aptitude test which including IQ, psychology, and technical test. Some of standard test were tested here such as Kraeplin, Wartegg, Pauli, verbal test, and etc. After passing the first step, you need to get an interview. This will be a 2-1 interview with two pepole consists of people from HR and engineering department each.

Phone interview. Asked questions related to the STAR-format, such as "Tell me about a time when..." etc. also asked me questions on my resume, such as "What value did you add to XYZ job shadowing/internship?"

Must meet recruiters on campus at career fair and submit resume in person to them. If selected initial behavioral interview in which they just ask very typical questions found in most behavioral interviews. Receive offer month to 2 months later.
