The beginning of the Interview Process went very well, employer was responsive and had flexibility to work with my schedule. After the second interview they told me they would be making a decision and I would be hearing from them on Friday, whether I got the job or not. I never heard anything from them on Friday so on Monday I sent an email to the person who interviewed me just asking for an update, I received no response. I happened to stumble upon their Facebook a couple of weeks later and saw that they posted about the person they hired.
