Recruiter interview by phone. Then 3 days later an in person interview. It was a group interview with 2 other candidates and me. They were both applying for caregiver positions. There were 5-6 department heads in the room asking us questions. None of this was explained beforehand. I was told it would be a “community “ interview with the interim director .
