Chesapeake Utilities Corporation's interview process for my position was very thorough and involved three rounds of interviews with different members of the leadership team and prospective colleagues. The interviews were very interactive and gave me insight into the company culture. Timed writing exercises were part of the final interview process with prompts that mirrored the kinds of topics that this position handles.

The interviewer was impersonal, aggressive and asked me to name four countries in Africa as one of the interview questions. This was extremely unprofessional as it was unrelated to the position. It felt like an intimidation tactic that is most likely indicative of the company and team culture. Avoid this place at all costs!
