Easy -- sat down with the higher ups in the company together, and also one at a time. They showed me a presentation on their company and told me what they do and how they do it. Then asked me a whole set of questions. They asked about me and my previous employer, what I will be able to provide for them and why they should hire me. I went over my skill sets with them and why I am a good candidate. They were overall nice people and seemed dedicated and driven to their work. The company atmosphere was nice and people successful
