The HR interview was very strange for me where the interviewer did not ask about my motivation, didn't introduce himself first, and didn't ask me to introduce myself. The first question that I received was "tell me about what you did at your previous company". The question was abrupt and I didn't know exactly what to talk about, so I went about some general workflows which made him seem to have lost his interests immediately. There was no follow-up questions to any of my answers whatsoever. At the end of the interview, he told me to expect a next step which has never come. Besides all, he was late to the interview.

The interview process is very smooth. Includes: 1. Phone screening with HR. 2. Video call with hiring manager. 3. A take away project with time period of one week. 4. Video call with senior developers to discuss about the solutions. 5. Final call with HR and hiring manager. I got replies from checkout HR very promptly. It is overall very good experience. The only downside is that I only had 45 minutes for the technical discussion with other developers. Would be better if it is longer around 1 - 1.5 hours.
