The First round was good, the person was so humble and was respectful while taking a quick telephonic interview The second round was a 60 minutes video interview round which was done by a Manager, he started to ask me about some technical knowledge which is not known to me even though JD clearly mentioned that those technologies are good to know, as i did not know certain answers, he started to give a creepy sarcastic smile. My morale was shot down in an instant and the things which i knew and worked on went blank due to his actions and i could not answer him further to his questions, his face was like he was winning a contest and i felt humiliated, I dont care about any rejection emails i get from them, but if you are going to take an interview, I would suggest the checkmarx management to atleast show respect to the candidate even if he/she does not know something and is willing to learn from it.

First round was a call with HR who was humble enough to reschedule it for another day due to some miscommunication. Second round was with manager who was smiling while taking my interview but as I started saying that some technical knowledge is not known to me, then he started smiling with that sarcasm where i completely felt being judged. The questions asked were nothing concerning the JD and were just something that can be taught/trained in few weeks of initial KT. I was enthusiastic for the role, even considered fit but now I doubt that I'll be receiving a rejection email. The JD clearly mentioned that those technologies are just a cherry on the cake and not an issue if not known. Still, i was asked frequently that did you even read the job description!
