A Negative process, I was asked many many things beyond the supposed scope of subjects. I was given a list of subjects and resources to learn from, and eventually during the interview I had many questions much harder than the supposed level of the resources. While i was advancing through the first day, it left me a very negative opinion about the company.

Technical questions at every level, which is fine, but the questions are very fundamental and dated. They do not include anything about new devices, techniques, or product line. There is a network simulation that is similar to level 1 networking challenges and a lot of Linux based trivia.

1.HR phone interview describing the positing and setting pay expectations, 2.Onsite screening day that includes the following in order: A. English comprehension test (unseen). B. Technical task based on Linux and networking knowledge, C. Hiring Team leader and Group Manager interview, 3.Signing a contract and logging initial information for site access and benefits,
