Initial phone screening interview with HR which lasted about 20 minutes followed by a half-day Assessment Centre comprising various tasks including drawing a picture of something that best describes you, quiz and a group case study exercise. Finally there was a 1-to-1 interview (same day as the Assessment Centre) with the head of the financial services team (although this could be with a senior HR Partner).
