Very light-hearted interview. Told me exactly what they were looking for whilst being very kind. Took into account what my needs may be. There was some laughter and they enjoyed that I had experience in hospitality as well as individual work.
only took 10 minutes, asked about availability and favourite drinks as well as any allergies , was also asked what i knew about customer service and if i was comfortable talking to people .
