Applied via the website and contacted by HR to arrange interviews. Conducted two interviews over the course of three weeks. The first interview was virtual via Zoom and the second interview was in person in their office with a different panel each time.

A one-hour virtual interview with the deputy director and another research analyst from the Programme. Overall, it was a positive experience and an interesting conversation. Feedback arrived quickly and communication was good throughout.
