I had a phone interview and then an in person interview. The recruiter e-mailed me one evening to see if I could come in for 3-4 hours the next day for an in person interview. I took the day off work and never received a follow up from the recruiter after the interview to let me know they'd selected another candidate for the job. The interviewers were very nice but didn't seem to know what they were looking for and didn't ask any questions about my experience or how I would approach situations. Very poor experience.
