I was contacted via LinkedIn by the Talent Acquisition Manager. I had a phone screening and was brought in for an in-person interview where I met with the Talent Acquisition Manager, Branch Manager and briefly spoke to the CEO. A couple days later I spoke to the Talent Acquisition Manager again and was asked to take an assessment. A week later I was offered the position.

The interview was super easy. You usually go through 2 short interviews. They asked about very basic questions, like where you live, how you commute, and what your availability, recruiting background, etc
