First a quick 10 minute telephone call to assess my eligibility. The formal interview was arranged for a few weeks after. The interview was held on teams where there were some initial questions on motivation and testing my knowledge about the company. Then I was given 3 minutes to read a brief and act as a salesperson selling a product which I had no prior knowledge of to the interviewer. Then another 30 minutes asking me about my current knowledge and previous experiences to do with customers in my last job. In total the formal interview took 1 hour.
