Recruiter calls you & phone interviews you first. Than a week or 2 later you get invited in for an in person interview with manager. Can take longer as recruiters are slow & now many roles have been eliminated so now it's the managers doing the recruiting.
If your liked than they ask you to come back maybe a week out to meet the district manager. Than they just set the tone for you as in what they expect from their bankers & maybe ask you a few background questions, but once your here you most likely going to be on board. Unless you say something completely wrong, than you just shot yourself in the foot.

They will make you role play to show them your style of selling & also have you show them how you would make cold calls.
This was interview #1 with the national recruiter. She was very nice and helpful. Have the second interview coming up shortly with a local recruiter. After that, it sounds like there will be two more.

I found the process to be very easy and. I learned a lot about myself during the process. I was invited to a hiring event. Chase is always hiring I would try online if your interested

Very easy, very informative. The managers interviewing will ask a lot of questions and will also do perform some role plays with you. You will also be asked what you previous role entailed.
