Applied online and got a phone interview in a about a week. Phone screening was easy and basic. Recruiter was really helpful in preparing you for the actual interview at the branch. One week after phone screening and online video interview, branch manager told me to go into the branch for in-person interview. In-person interview was expected, a lot of customer-based questions and asked if you have any previous cash handling experience.

A face-to-face over the computer. The first interview was great and I went on to the second interview. I did not get the position and of course they do not say why.

Describe a time you had to adapt to a changing or complex environment at work. 1.) the situation, 2.) your actions, 3.) the outcome.
The interview process was easy. There were 2 interviews before I was hired and the onboarding process was a breeze. I did have to go do a drug test and a background check which was a little time consuming
It was ok and could have been better. Not sure if I got the job or not. Seems like they were in a rush to pick someone. I think there’s better jobs out there.
