The hiring process was absurd. Too many interviews and hoops to jump through and all for a base bottom role. They had you do a phone interview, video interview, and than finally face-to-face interview. They also make you role-play. Wasn't worth it.

The branch manager was super friendly and easy to talk to. The only downside was that the interview started almost 30 minutes late even though I was on time. I had scheduled it during my lunch break at work, so the delay made things feel a bit rushed.
It was good and very very interesting. Need more clarity on the process and expectations. Will not interview again. Good role not a good fit for me personally. Process was little confusing and communication
Had a phone interview. A couple days later was called and asked to interview in person at one of their locations by a branch director. Those were the only two interviews I had.
