It's a very smooth process and the two gentlemen are very nice. the Sr. Manager asked very general question about how to go ahead when you are presented a raw dataset. the sr. analyst is sharp and asked you some detailed stat questions and write SQL codes.

Did an initial phone interview with the hiring manager, then had an office interview with the team. No tricky or difficult questions. Typical behavior questions and questions about experience. Fairly relexed interview process.

The interview process differs based off if you are referred or not. If you are not referred you undergo either a phone interview or laptop questionnaire before they move you to the next round. If you were referred then you go in for a in person interview from 2 managers.

Have you ever gone against the policy in order to get something accomplished?
The first round is a thirty minute online questionnaire testing your finance abilities. Questions are pretty basic, include graph reading, etc. Was reminiscent of a slightly harder SAT or GRE math section

There were a series of questions that required mental math that I wasn't expecting. On the whole, it seemed like a fair test.
