I applied online. Finished a HireVue video interview. I was reached out by the recruiter, asked me if I was available to be interviewed a day after, I said yes. I was interviewed by the brunch manager. I was received an phone call by the recruiter about 10 days after the interview. The recruiter said I was selected for the position
Well it was very casual. Asked for basic information on past experience and education. Asked if I was comfortable handing money and interacting with customers. Very easy and similar to what you would expect from a retail position
Interview was quick. Interviewed with HR and then the branch the branch manager. Interview questions were STAR method questions and asked about past customer service experience. They take you around and introduce you to others at the branch

It’s basically the STAR method questions. Questions based on customer service and sales
not bad at all, quite lengthy the human recourse lady was helpful and I got to ask a lot of questions. they would ask you about your last job expereince and also expectations
