initially I applied online via their website. A few days after submitting my online application, I received an email to do a digital interview for the job. For the digital interview you have to download a specific app. Once dowloaded they ask you 8 questions. You get 30 seconds to prepare your answer, then the timer/recording begins right away. You get 3 minutes to answer each question and you do not get to review nor edit once each question is done.

The branch manager was super friendly and easy to talk to. The only downside was that the interview started almost 30 minutes late even though I was on time. I had scheduled it during my lunch break at work, so the delay made things feel a bit rushed.
It was good and very very interesting. Need more clarity on the process and expectations. Will not interview again. Good role not a good fit for me personally. Process was little confusing and communication
Had a phone interview. A couple days later was called and asked to interview in person at one of their locations by a branch director. Those were the only two interviews I had.
