Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Chase (Los Angeles, CA) en oct 2018
Entrevista
First I did the HireVue online interview where they ask you 8 basic questions regarding telling them about yourself and customer service.
Then I was called in to their hiring event at the district office. It's usually two branch managers who are interviewing you in a room where a bunch of other interviews are going on. My interview was more conversational but I kept getting interrupted in the middle of answering by other managers who needed to speak to the people who were interviewing me. Then about 5 minutes in one of the managers who was interviewing me said they had to step out and that another manager would continue in her place, which I thought was weird. I could tell the replacement manager was not interested in me and they didn't ask me anything. The interview continued with the other manager and I speaking and they kept getting interrupted again. Everyone was super nice but it was extremely frustrating that I couldn't even finish speaking without getting interrupted.
Later on I was told to wait for the recruiter who was doing the job offers/rejections and I was told that it was a no because of the clarity of my answers. This left me confused as I couldn't be clear since I kept getting interrupted by others. The recruiter advised me to try and answer within 30 seconds, since that's what the managers want. They also want you to stress customer service experience you have and any other experience that would relate to working at Chase.
Overall, it really depends on who is interviewing you and how they conduct it. Although it was a mixed experience overall, the actual interview besides the interruptions was decent. Everyone there was very nice. My advice is to practice your answers and time yourself so that you can answer within 30-45 seconds. Make sure to think of what your goals are regarding work, school, etc. You want to have an answer for everything.
A face-to-face over the computer. The first interview was great and I went on to the second interview. I did not get the position and of course they do not say why.

Pregunta 1
Describe a time you had to adapt to a changing or complex environment at work. 1.) the situation, 2.) your actions, 3.) the outcome.
The interview process was easy. There were 2 interviews before I was hired and the onboarding process was a breeze. I did have to go do a drug test and a background check which was a little time consuming
It was ok and could have been better. Not sure if I got the job or not. Seems like they were in a rush to pick someone. I think there’s better jobs out there.
