Entrevista
They want to know who you're as a person and what school you went to and if you can work on Saturdays. Overal they just want to know if you're not shy and can talk to people.

Can you talk to random people? Do you mind calling people on the phone?
Pretty easy interview. Just prepare to answer your sales experience, preferably in branch banking. Also be good at charming and making a connection with the interviewers since it is a sales job.

Entrevista
Three interviews: phone, in person with branch manager, final phone call with regional manager/market director. Questions mostly behavioral and related to experience as a teller, and whether I was comfortable with warm calling.

What were you most proud of in your professional and or personal life?
The interview process was very good and asks a lot of questions about sales experience or banking experience. If you’re licensed that is a plus. Recruiter called, then met with hiring manager and another branch manager. Total process took about 3-4 weeks
