I had to go through an online interview before actually going into the bank for an in person interview. For the online interview, you were only allowed to record yourself once and you couldnt go back to fix things up. So please be careful with what you say and do.

Name a situation you had to deal with an unhappy customer.
Well it was very casual. Asked for basic information on past experience and education. Asked if I was comfortable handing money and interacting with customers. Very easy and similar to what you would expect from a retail position
Interview was quick. Interviewed with HR and then the branch the branch manager. Interview questions were STAR method questions and asked about past customer service experience. They take you around and introduce you to others at the branch

not bad at all, quite lengthy the human recourse lady was helpful and I got to ask a lot of questions. they would ask you about your last job expereince and also expectations
