It started with a phone call, standard questions, then a test I had to complete online. Upon completing the test that was basically “bank scenarios” I was granted an in person interview. Initial interview (standard interview questions) then last step was the group interview to see how I would fit in with the team. Great experience by they did not offer me more money than a different place.

I applied for the job and had an interview all within the same week. The recruiter called me and asked if I wanted to come in for an interview in which I did the next day. I had to take a teller test in which I had to pass, making sure I had previous cash handling experience. They asked basic questions regarding my previous customer service experience. After the interview I was asked to come in for a second interview which ended up being a panel interview. The panel interview was basically a chance for them to get to know me personally and gave them all a chance to ask me questions one on one. After the interview they told me they would call me to let me know their decision. I received a call that evening setting up a time for me to come in and get finger printed.
