It was a multi step in depth interview which involved a lot of people. Started with HR manager, technical team and ended with practice lead. Interviewer's take a deep dive in your technical skills and get to know your personality pretty well before making sure you will be the right fit.

The first interview was an easy one way recorded interview. It followed by a culture test. Not sure what happens after that as I did not get the chance to progress.
