The interview process with Charlie Health started off smooth and conversational. The interviewer created a relaxed atmosphere, and I was told during the interview that I would be moving forward and to email an updated resume (although the one I originally uploaded was recent), and to expect an email for references. Naturally, I felt good based on that feedback. However, I was later surprised to receive a generic email saying they were moving forward with another candidate. It felt a bit deceptive, given the earlier communication, and left me questioning whether the feedback was genuine or just part of a script. It was a disappointing experience overall — especially after being led to believe I was progressing in the process.

I took a meeting with a recruiter from Charlie Health about contract work. To save you time, I'll let you know they are looking for facilitators to work evenings for $38 per hour. This is far below normal pay for a licensed therapist. I declined to pursue this further.
