The interview process was demoralizing. The recruiter had confirmed in a phone screening I was overly qualified (which I was) and she placed me into a higher level position. She confirmed my final interview and then she sent me an IQ test to take -- Ravens Assessment. There was no mention of this IQ test being a requirement for moving forward in the process. I submitted my IQ test and 3 hours before the interview they canceled it. They said they could not proceed. Mind you, this IQ test is based on pattern recognition NO actual questions - just shapes and matches. The Recruiter was unbelievably rude when I asked why the interview was suddenly canceled. This organization is backwards.
