Initially, they come across as friendly and supportive, but soon a vague "someone" starts requesting excessively detailed information about your life and history. Despite this being an entry-level role, the level of scrutiny and invasion of privacy felt inappropriate. Additionally, they subject you to multiple interviews, express enthusiasm about bringing you on board, and even share onboarding details before issuing an official offer letter. However, they then disappear for a while, only to return with a rejection. Overall, the company comes across as misleading and untrustworthy.
