Had a nice conversation with a manager about role, asked relevant good questions. Proceeded to next step which was an IQ interview. Questions on triangles and square sequences. Had nothing to do with role or position. Didn’t meet the bar and was rejected. My experience was not relevant, just a nonsensical iq test that has nothing to do with the role or relevant interview questions. This company ain’t it

initial video call, then you have to take an assessment that has nothing to do with recruiting and took almost 2 hours. I then was moved to the next round where the person that interviewed me asked bizzare questions. i kept being asked if i had questions i wanted her to ask about my resume..

Recruiter reached out to me we had a phone screen. Then they send you a matching test. If you pass they send you additional screening questions. If approved to move forward you speak with a recruiting lead who will be late to the meeting and seem disinterested in the conversation that just rapid fires questions at you. If you move forward you complete a sourcing exercise. Whole process felt like they were just trying to hit their metrics which isn’t surprising as the team sounds like they’re very “metrics driven”.
