Disjointed with disappointing communication. My initial interview was scheduled through a Recruiting Coordinator, but at the scheduled time the hiring manager missed the appointment. No advance notice - had to reach out to the recruiting coordinator again. It happens - not ideal, but it's NBD. We rescheduled - the hiring manager seemed incredibly distracted - was not focused on our interview. Virtual interviewing can be a mixed bag and I understand hiring managers can have a lot on their plate, but a distracted interviewer doesn't make for a positive experience.
