The process was overly long and didn't provide much feedback as to why there was no progession with the interview, made me think they had filled this internally already. Wouldn't jump to apply again.

Easy, very much like other retail jobs, except situational questions and moments to talk about your self and values, that being said, it may very depending on the store you are applying for.
