Straightforward process, 1 30 minute phone screening call, and 1hr zoom meeting interview. The interviewers were really nice. Use STAR method! They asked only behavioral questions. It seems like a great company.

Relate your work to the client service principles and culture of the company. Show that you networked with people.

Entrevista
First Phone interview for about 30 min. And then another 30 min interview with the branch manager. Then if you make it past the first two interviews they discuss and see you make it and fit there “culture with the team”.

Entrevista
There are two interviews throughout the process. First was a phone call with a talent acquisition. The second interview is with the branch manager. Overall, it is a pleasant and quick process.
