There will be a series of interviews: First a phone interview with Human Resources, then a face-to-face interview with Human Resources, and then an interview with representatives from the department. There are usually 2-4 people in the last group that interviews you. The questions can be tough. Just be honest and say that you do not know if you do not know the answer. The interviews can last up to two months, so it can take some time to hear back.
