Very misleading screening call. Was told that I was a great candidate and that I would be contacted the next day to coordinate next steps, only to be ghosted, receiving a “we’ve decided to go in another direction” email two and a half weeks later. While I completely understand this decision, I was very excited about this opportunity and do not appreciate being mislead and then
