Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Charles River Laboratories (Ashland, OH) en ago 2019
Entrevista
I was initially called by HR for a phone screen within 2 hours of applying to the job. He asked about my experience and explained a lot about the position. 2 weeks later I received a call from another HR person who told me that I had gotten an interview. He walked me through what the interview would look like and gave me a couple questions to be prepared to answer during the interview. On the day of the interview, it started off with a group tour of the facility. After the tour, we were split off into individual interviews, where I interviewed with 2 of the staff members who were part of the department that they thought I would fit best in based off of my experiences and research interests. The interview consisted of them asking a couple questions about the facility and the position, followed by a lot more information based on the question they asked. It was more of a conversation than an interview, which I did enjoy because it helped me feel more comfortable during the interview. I heard back that night saying that they wanted to move forward with an offer.

Overall process was good; information given about the industry, benefits, opportunities for growth. Questions asked by interview about thoughts on industry, current skills, where you potentially see yourself going within the company

A little intense, you are expected to know a bit about them. Overall the interview wasn’t bad and gave me a little bit of knowledge on what to expect if I were hired.

Easy, there was a tour and then we just talked about the job. barely any questions and definitely no traditional interview questions. It was much better than any other interview I have done.
