I had two phone interviews, one with a recruiter, one with a person on site. This was followed by a face-to-face interview. The interview was very structured, with mostly competency based questions.

I was interviewed by 4 people at the same time for this, all of which were senior auditors. The interview lasted for 40 min and the questions were relatively difficult. They initially said they would take 2 weeks to get back to me if I made it to the second round but they took 4 instead, overall the interview was ok.
