Me postulé en línea. Acudí a una entrevista en Charles River Laboratories (Newark, DE) en sep 2018
Entrevista
I applied online for the job and shortly after (not even 20 mins) a recruiter from personify working for the organization contacted me about setting up a phone interview to talk about the position. The phone interview took place the next day and I was informed more about the position and asked questions regarding my experience to see if I was a fit for the job. The recruiter then sent my information to Charles River Laboratories that same day. The next day I received a call from the recruiter stating that Charles River Laboratories would like to schedule an in-person interview at the site I would be working at, which took place the following week. The whole process was extremely fast and I was surprised to have received such quick feedback.
I was interviewed first by an HR Rep (took about 15 mins) who asked basic questions just to feel me out. Next I was interviewed by a SR Process Development Sp, followed by the Lab Manager and then the Molecular Team Lead. All which took about 30 mins each. I was given a thorough tour of the lab by the Lab Manager and got a great sense of what the position was about. Overall, they all asked pretty much the same questions and it was a very relaxed interview process.

Zoom interview with the manager of the lab. Very good experience, talked about my background and answered some technical questions relevant to the role (ie basic molecular biology and lab protocols).

In two hours I was interviewed by 5 people for about 20 minutes each. Each one pretty much asked the same questions and then towards the end, I got a tour of the lab I would potentially be working in
