HR called for screening and invited for face to face with delivery head. He had questions from my resume about previous projects for 30 minutes. There was a test based on sql and aptitude for next 30 minutes. Then gave 5 questions to do from home and send back. Looks like I cleared all this as I got call for second face to face round which also went well. But after that no news for next one and half month. After repeated mails to HR and person who interviewed me I got feedback that they are looking for person with similar experience. I respect their decision but this they could have decided in the resume screening step itself. They don’t have basic manners and professionalism.
