I applied for the position on LinkedIn. Tara, their Talent Acquisition Manager, reached out to me within an hour, wanting to do a first-round phone interview. That took a little over 30 minutes. She quickly got back to me within a day or two saying they wanted to move on to a second-round interview with their Director of Marketing. The second-round interview took around 30 minutes. Two weeks later, I was informed that I did not receive the position.
