The first interview consisted in a 15min presentation about personal experience and how good you are for the job. The particularity was that the presentation is done in front of other candidates. The next interview was with the IT manager who asked a list of questions to test how candidates would deal in given situations and also to have an idea about the personality and communication skills of the candidate
