They do good timepass with you. Applied through LinkedIn. It took 4 months to cover 3 rounds of interviews. At the end of first round, interviewer was good with discussion and told he recommends for next round. Didnt get call after 2 weeks, tried reaching HR multiple times, but no updates. Got call after 2 months and HR wanted fresh screening. After clearing another round, Engineering manager took an interview. They only ask questions in only one area they are familiar with(in my case it micro services).
