At first it went very well and quick. Took about a week in-between for first 2 rounds of interviews. Then took a month before going to my final interview. All the time, I was very invested, interested and excited. However after my final interview, I received no word at all. No reply even after following up. I enjoyed my interviews and learned a lot just from the process and talking to various members. However, I do wish they would have at least provided the courtesy of replying back to me stating they would not move forward. I do mind not receiving an offer and I understand times are busy. However, I did invest time with Chargepoint for 3 months emotionally and was excited at the prospect to join. People were professional and I still think Chargepoint is a good place to be. Just please let your candidates know, especially after going through a final interview, that they you will not move forward. It was still a great learning experience and hope there are still opportunities in the future.
