I had 3 rounds of interviews. One round I had to create a presentation of how I'd tackle the job my first 90 days, since this was a newly created position. It was a fun process and I was able to show my ability to do the job and how my skills were transferrable, considering I didn't have any previous experience in Partnerships specifically. Everyone was nice, fair and courteous. They got back to me quickly and didn't leave me hanging, which I really appreciated.
