No articulation of what the interview process would be. Horrible experience with one individual at 'director' level who didn't even bother to read my CV in advance and showed up late for the meeting. He was rude to me throughout the interview and despite going through various interviews thereafter, communication was poor and I was passed onto various people in the business with understanding of what would happen next.
