It was a group interview initially and then there was a one on one interview. After the interview there was a task. The task was not that difficult. You just have to answer a bunch of questions.

I applied for Champtronix last week and heard back from them almost immediately. I didn't get a chance to research the company beforehand as I was interviewing for another company around the same time so I had no preconceived notions when I interviewed. The job had been advertised as full training provided and no experience needed which appealed to me as I am transitioning careers. The lady talked about the role to a bunch of people on the zoom saying it was a sales role that would either include b2b, residential or events depending on the need of the company. She also mentioned travel would be required as the company were worldwide and that it was a fun and rewarding place to work. This didn't sound anything like a marketing role. After the initial chat the lady said she would be doing 1-1 interviews and we would be placed in a waiting room until then. Luckily I was 2nd to be interviewed and she asked me quite general questions and praised my positivity which I appreciated. She invited me to the next stage which would be an interview with her and an accountant manager next week and I agreed. She told me to prepare examples of when I had been in leadership roles and displayed good customer service, marketing or similar and said the interview would be formal and I needed to dress professionally. After I jumped off the zoom I checked out what people said about the company on glassdoor and reddit. It's apparently a pyramid scheme where you are doing door to door sales and pay is commission only. My interview experience was positive but based on the info I read which said that the company had changed their various times and are using AI to try and inflate the glassdoor reviews (it says this top of glassdoor when on the company page) as well as all the current employee reviews being super postive with no cons and the former employee reviews being super negative, I decided it's best not to do the follow up and stay far away from this company and other 'sales' jobs on indeed as possible. Glad I found this out when I did and I hope my review sheds light on how they can potentially trap you.
