After the first set of interviews, we brought the top three back for a second round. The panel consisted of the same three people plus the HR generalist. We all agreed on our top candidate. She was asked to do some additional screening - drug testing and a background check - before she was offered the job. Upon successful screening, the job was offered and accepted.
