A phone screening with an AdTalem HR rep took place within the first week after I submitted my application, followed by a virtual interview a week after that with two members of the Chamberlain advising team.

It is three rounds of interviews. The first is with the HR representative, the second is with a remote regional team manager, the third is another manager. I did the first round by phone call and the other two through Microsoft Teams.
