It started off with a great phone interview with Aushyanae and she made me feel very comfortable through the whole process. She set follow up times and described what the next steps would be. When I asked what the company was looking for, she was very forth coming about it. I believe her advice helped with the Teams interview with the managers. Next the managers set a Teams interview and it went well. we discussed the job and specific skills I could bring to it. They were also nice to explain their history at the company and how they grew into the positions that they had. After that all of the next steps were sent by email with great details on how to complete them. I also got follow ups from Aushyanae to confirm all documents were completed correctly.
